Welcome to Soul•Heart•Earth. These terms and conditions set out the rules and regulations for the use of the Soul•Heart•Earth Website.

Soul•Heart•Earth is located at Rua de Santo António, Zambujeira do Mar, Lourinhã, Portugal.

The website www.soulheart.earth is an online store of exclusive and original products, with the Soul•Heart•Earth logo and brand being registered trademarks.

PRICES

The prices shown are the final sales prices, excluding shipping costs and VAT at the legal rate. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out, depending on the shipping method in force.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Correios de Portugal (CTT) Standard Mail. Once payment for orders is confirmed, shipping is normally done within 5 working days, plus CTT shipping time.

If it is not possible to ship within this period due to stock outages or other force majeure reasons, customers will be notified of the expected shipping time. Shipments generally take up to 10 business days to be delivered depending on location. However, there may be delays particularly in specific situations such as festive seasons or strikes.

LOSS AND RETURNS

In case of loss, there is a commitment to resend or refund the total value of the order.

If the order is returned to the sender due to an incomplete address or because it was not picked up in time at the CTT station, reshipment will only be made upon payment of the shipping costs again.

Customers can return items that have manufacturing defects or that do not correspond to the characteristics described, in which case they will be reimbursed in full for their value and the corresponding shipping costs.

OUT OF STOCK

Customers will be refunded the full amount for items that cannot be shipped due to out of stock.
